In loving memory of Bella,

Bella was a small dog with a big heart and an even bigger spirit. In her four short years, she brought immeasurable joy not just to Blair and Cynthia, but to everyone lucky enough to know her. Bella was family, a cherished companion, and a bright little spirit who lit up the lives of Blair and Cynthia every single day.

From her joyful wiggles when the leash came out, to her endless enthusiasm for chasing after balls, Bella lived life with pure, unfiltered happiness. Her walks were never just walks, they were adventures, full of wonder and tail wags, and sometimes they included a trip to Starbucks for her favourite treat, a pup cup. As part of the ElderDog program, she participated in events like Paws in the Park in Bedford, NS, and a fundraising event at Steele Wheels in Halifax, where her presence brought smiles to so many.

Through her excited barks, her little Pug grumbles, and that unmistakable spark in her big brown eyes, Bella had a way of making even the smallest moment feel special. She had a heart full of love and a loyalty that never wavered. To Blair and Cynthia, she was more than a pet, she was a confidante, a source of comfort, and a reason to smile even on hard days.

Though she’s no longer by our side, Bella’s spirit continues to live on in the warm memories she left behind, in the lives she touched through ElderDog, and in the paw prints she left on so many hearts

Rest well, sweet Bella. You will always be loved, always be missed, and never be forgotten.
