Ode to Spencer
You came to us in the month of May in a most unusual way
with rules, meds, muzzle and such.
It was said you didn’t like other dogs much.
With a gentle hand and your own piece of land,
even with your odd little quirks,
you brought us lots of smirks.
With saddened hearts it is hard to say
our beloved friend Spencer has passed away.
