Timmy

This is Timmy, who was a Corgi Terrier mix, with my mother, taken around Christmas of 1983. Timmy was rescued by my mother in 1974, when my parents were living in St.Genevieve, Quebec. Timmy had been abandoned.

My mother figured that Timmy was about 5 years old when she rescued him. He passed on in October of 1986. He lived to be about 17 1/2 years. He lived a very good life with my mother. Tim was my mother’s boy through and through; he was constantly with her. He had the cutest way of batting his eyes at my mum with all the love he had in his heart for her. Dogs are such a privilege.

My dad built a casket for Timmy and he and I dug a grave in the front garden for Timmy at their then home on Wildwood Blvd in Dartmouth, NS.
