Kandi
There is nothing truer in this world than the love of a dog. They teach us about unconditional love. Kandi’s sister, Jersey, is an Elder Dog and her mum, Susan, is one of our valued volunteers. On December 7, Jersey lost her big sister and best friend as Kandi crossed over the rainbow bridge. Jersey comforted her big sister to the end. When you think of Kandi, think of this quote: “When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me I’m right here inside your heart” (Author Unknown).
